Today marked a proud milestone for Gerlynn team as we attended the grand graduation ceremony of the 18-month intensive Leadership Development Program. Held in the company auditorium, the event celebrated our collective growth in core competencies including goal management, process optimization, meeting efficiency, and time prioritization.

An even greater honor came when our organization received the "Outstanding Team Award," recognizing our collaborative implementation of a company-wide OKR system and the 43% reduction in meeting redundancy achieved through standardized protocols.

Keynote speaker Liu Li-Ren from the training institute highlighted our team as "the epitome of sustained growth," commending our 92% course completion rate and 6 process optimization projects initiated during the program.
